As an AI Research Scientist specializing in Medical Applications, you will be a part of our dynamic Tech Services team, dedicated to developing cutting-edge AI solutions for the healthcare industry. You will be working on challenging problems, leveraging your knowledge of deep reinforcement learning, medical image analysis/segmentation, image registration, and image video tracking. As an AI Research Scientist specializing in Medical Applications, you will be a part of our dynamic Tech Services team, dedicated to developing cutting-edge AI solutions for the healthcare industry. You will be working on challenging problems, leveraging your knowledge of deep reinforcement learning, medical image analysis/segmentation, image registration, and image video tracking. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about AI, thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, and are ready to contribute to the future of healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development in AI and machine learning, with a focus on medical applications.
- Apply and improve upon state-of-the-art algorithms in deep learning, machine learning, and data mining to solve real-world healthcare problems.
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to design and implement AI solutions.
- Develop and optimize AI models using platforms such as TensorRT and NVIDIA IGX.
- Utilize 3D visualization programming in Linux and/or Jetson systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and medical technology.
- Present research findings to stakeholders and at industry conferences.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the medical imaging, AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning fields OR at least 5 years of experience developing and applying machine learning methods.
- Deep understanding and experience with deep reinforcement learning, medical image analysis/segmentation, image registration, and image video tracking.
- Proficiency with LLMs, LVMs, and NLPs.
- Experience with TensorRT, NVIDIA IGX, 3D visualization programming in Linux, and/or Jetson systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
- Proven track record of published research in AI or related fields is a plus.
