    • Salary: $84,870 - $107,279 p.a. (pro rata) RN2C | Multiple Part and Full-Time Ongoing Contracts
      • Positions working Monday to Friday or across a 7 day rotating roster

    Join our team and contribute to providing high-quality mental health care in the community! Seeking passionate and organised individuals to play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering outstanding clinical care within our dynamic Specialist Community Mental Health Service. Responsibilities:
    • Deliver comprehensive clinical care coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between patients, clinicians, and community stakeholders
    • Develop diverse professional portfolios: Gain experience in depot and clozapine clinics, supporting consumer fitness groups, and facilitating therapeutic interventions.
    • Conduct thorough assessments: Utilise your expertise to perform mental health and psychosocial assessments, risk assessments, and develop personalised treatment plans.
    • Support team leadership: Collaborate with the Team Manager to contribute to a cohesive and efficient team environment.
    • Contribute to quality improvement: Engage in clinical auditing, research, and evaluation initiatives to continuously improve patient care outcomes and service delivery.

    About you:
    • You are a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practicing certificate;
    • You are Enrolled in an approved mental health course or qualification in mental health practice;
    • You have demonstrated clinical expertise and experience in mental health services;
    • You have strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; and
    • A commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
