Job Description:
We are seeking a permanent full-time Audiologist for our HearCANADA clinic in Brandon, Manitoba. Based on the remote nature of the role, we are accepting applications from Audiologists willing to relocate to Brandon, Manitoba with relocation packages (either from within Canada or those requiring sponsorship from outside of Canada). Please note, you must have verifiable education as an Audiologist and be able to meet the governing body requirements to practice in Canada to be considered.

Key Position Information:

Location: Brandon, Manitoba

Job Type: Permanent, full-time, Monday through Friday, day shifts for 37.5 hours per week

Work environment: Hearing Clinic, Onsite

Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 CAD annual base salary depending on experience, Bonus Program, Benefits, RRSP Matching, Paid Vacation, Paid Personal Days, Relocation Support Package

Start Date: ASAP

What you will do:

Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations

Staying abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients

Building relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended

Collaborating with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls

What we are looking for:

A graduate of a recognized Audiology program (graduates from recognized HAP/HIS/HIP programs will also be considered)

Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and eligibility to register with the governing body

Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience

An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members

Comfortability in making product and service recommendations to clients and providing patient-centric education to clients to ensure product adoption

Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be a definite asset, though not required

Clear communication skills (written and oral) in the English language; French language skills would be considered an asset
