Manager’s role Role: Manager– Permanent Full-time opportunity Vacancies: Two (2) Location: Tera 13 Limited, 6 MacLean Street, Paraparaumu Beach 5032 | 712 Fergusson Drive, Elderslea, Upper Hutt 5018Each employee will primarily work at one location. However, if one employee is on leave, the other may be required to work at a different location. Travel arrangements will be provided.Hours and Pay: minimum 30 hours | $30 - $35 (depending on relevant experience)Minimum qualifications/experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience OR at least level 4 Diploma in Management or equivalentKey Responsibilities Planning, organising and directing the overall operations of the restaurant. Planning menus in consultation with chefs/kitchen staff. Managing daily food service activities to ensure efficient and profitable operations. Supervising, training and motivating kitchen and front-of-house staff. Managing staff rosters, attendance and performance. Monitoring customer service standards and resolving customer enquiries and complaints. Maintaining food safety, hygiene and health and safety compliance. Managing stock levels, purchasing and supplier relationships. Monitoring sales performance and controlling operating costs. Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Planning and organising special events/functions. Assisting with marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase business growth.Other requirements Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Sound knowledge of food safety and health and safety requirement Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsPay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hourBenefits:
