We are passionate about providing an exceptional dining experience and are seeking a talented and motivated Chef to join our dynamic team.Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present meals with a focus on quality and consistency.

• Develop and plan menu items in consultation with the Head Chef or Owner.

• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and kitchen hygiene standards.

• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient kitchen operation.

• Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize food waste.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and workplace health & safety.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a Chef.

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).

• Strong knowledge of food handling and kitchen hygiene practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Excellent time management and communication skills.
