• Meet with clients to understand their payment processing needs.
• Recommend suitable payment products and services.
• Assist with onboarding new merchants and setting up payment systems.
• Explain payment processing fees, compliance requirements, and security standards.
• Provide training on payment terminals and software.
• Troubleshoot payment-related issues.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Work with sales, technical support, and operations teams.
• Stay up to date on payment industry regulations and new technologies.
• Meet sales targets and prepare reports on client activity.
