Barista

Experienced Barista – Full-Time or Part-Time in Paihia (Start asap) We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our busy café team starting as soon as possible. This role would suit someone on a working holiday visa with strong café experience. What we’re looking for: • Minimum 1 year experience as a barista • Confident producing high-quality coffee with strong latte art • Able to handle a busy coffee rush on their own • Good coffee knowledge and solid coffee machine knowledge • Comfortable using a POS system • Good English communication skills • Fast, efficient, and reliable This is hospitality, so weekend availability is essential (at least one weekend day required). This is not a Monday–Friday role. We are accredited employers, and for the right person we can offer visa sponsorship (only for people onside).
