Dominos Pizza Assistant Store Manager

Now hiring loyal, experienced Assistant Store Managers, for our Domino's Pizza stores in West Lothian / Lanarkshire, Scotland.As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control and Customer relations. You will set an example for your team by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from your crew. Within this role, you will have the chance to lead, coach and inspire team members on your shift to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and produce great products at all times. Excellent communication and customer service skills are vital as you will be interacting with customers regularly.You will need to be passionate about people and thrive on developing teams and driving operational greatness through working alongside your team.Our main goal is to make and serve great quality pizzas at speed, whilst looking after our dedicated customers and leading a large team efficiently.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Managing all aspects of food hygiene and store cleanlinessControlling costs on a day-to-day basis to improve profitabilityMotivating your team to promote efficiency throughout the store to achieve our company’s high standardsMaintaining a strong brand image and service standards including uniform/presentation standards and our philosophy on customer service maintaining and developing the best practices.Please be aware for this position we are only hiring applicants with a minimum of 18 months of management experience at Dominos please do not apply if you lack the experience, as your application will be auto-rejected.We have a sponsorship licence and if required we can provide a work visa, please be aware that if a work visa is required, we can only provide it if you have a minimum of 18 months of working experience at Dominos and are under the age of 27, there are significant UK Home Office fees that need to be paid, and we unfortunately do not offer any financial assistance.Job Type: Full-timePay: £28,500.00-£30,500.00 per yearBenefits:
