We're looking for a Stock and Inventory Manager who takes pride in operational excellence and thrives in a fast-paced food service environment. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Managers, to join our dynamic team. ensuring that the store operates efficiently and cost-effectively. Their responsibilities revolve around managing inventory levels, reducing waste, and making sure ingredients and supplies are available to meet customer demand without overstocking. ResponsibilitiesThe Stock and Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring product availability to support smooth day-to-day operations. This position plays a key role in cost control, food safety, and overall store efficiency. Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory of all food items and supplies
  • Place regular orders with approved vendors based on usage and forecasted needs
  • Receive, inspect, and properly store deliveries
  • Implement and oversee FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures to minimize waste
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Track food waste and implement waste-reduction strategies
  • Ensure compliance with standards and local food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas (coolers, freezers, dry storage)
  • Prepare regular inventory and waste reports for management
  • Collaborate with the store manager and kitchen staff to forecast inventory needs
  • Train and support staff on inventory handling procedures

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in inventory, stock management, or food service preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic math and analytical abilities
  • Familiarity with inventory software and POS systems (experience is a plus)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to food safety
  • Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs), and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Skills:
  • Leadership and team development.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales and inventory reports.
  • Knowledge of marketing initiatives and implementing POP materials.
  • Experience in inventory management and stock control.
  • Ability to manage Stocks, Inventory, schedules and employee training.
