Detailed Job Description:

• Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes Good understanding of Compensation processes in global organization Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
• Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors Own and ensure the SAP Successfactors configuration are delivered meeting project requirements supporting project and BAU requirements
• SuccessFactors certification in Compensation module.
• Designing and implementing of end-to-end compensation cycles workflows and business rules.
• Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimise the Compensation solution
• Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for payroll.
• Good to have experience in Variable Pay and R&R
• Knowledge in Variable pay configurations
• Able to integrate CDP with other modules of SF like RCM, PMGM
• Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities.
• Work on Incidents/Changes/ Service Requests created by the customer within the agreed SLA
• Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when needed
• Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix, performance, availability, and system uptimes
• Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status updates
• Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.) and adhere to customer's quality policy and procedures.
• Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly Status Meetings
• Provide service improvement suggestions
