Build and sell customized packages that are tailored to each customer’s needs. Ensure customer expectations and company offerings are aligned in terms of the products and services being provided. Attend in meeting trainings at the discretion of local leadership. Ensure customer satisfaction by answering phone calls, emails and text if newly onboarded customers have questions about products installed or services provided. Work in all weather conditions. Frequent walking to prospective customer residences. No education or experience required. On the job training provided. All Sales Representatives must meet minimum sales quotas to maintain employment. Performance is measured in FP+ (qualified sales and add-ons): 4 FP+ by Week 3, 6 FP+ by Week 5, and at least 2 FP+ each week thereafter.
