To be successful in this role you must:- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or possess equivalent relevant experience.
- Have at least three years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food distribution, FMCG, or hospitality supply sectors.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to assess market demand, customer behaviour, and industry trends.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Be proficient in digital marketing tools, campaign tracking platforms, and content creation.
- Possess a results-driven and detail-oriented approach to planning and execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to assess demand for new food products and identify opportunities to expand into new restaurant and retail sectors.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies including pricing, promotions, and product positioning tailored to the foodservice distribution environment.
- Provide insights and strategic advice on product mix, promotional campaigns, and client segmentation based on market feedback and sales data.
- Manage the design, planning, and rollout of marketing content across relevant B2B channels—such as product brochures, online updates, and seasonal promotions to ensure brand consistency.
- Maintain accurate, ethical, and legally compliant messaging across all marketing materials, particularly those involving product descriptions and labelling.
- Ensure that all marketing efforts align with company’s commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term brand development.
