About the roleWe are a fast growing business with 3 locations in Melbourne . We are seeking a skilled and passionate Motor Mechanic to join our dynamic team at the RR Motor Service, Melton location, VIC 3337. As a full-time Motor Mechanic, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring our customer's safety and satisfaction. What you'll be doingDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in various makes and models of vehicles.Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.Use a variety of tools and equipment to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.Document all work performed and maintain detailed records for each vehicle.Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and addressing their concerns.Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices What we're looking forFormal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related fieldMinimum 1.5 years of experience as a Motor Mechanic, preferably in a workshop or service centre environment.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve a wide range of vehicle issues.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workGood communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of work shop equipment and tools.
