We are looking for a reliable and motivated Retail Assistant Manager to support the Manager and team in the efficient day-to-day running of our store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy retail environment, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain smooth store operations.**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Management and staff with the daily running of the store
- Monitor product performance and help manage stock levels and inventory
- Provide a high standard of customer service at all times
- Support with pricing, promotions, and general store presentation
- Ensure the till is attended when required and follow all safety procedures
- Advise customers on products and their use
- Maintain accurate stock records and financial transaction records
- Assist other team members as needed**What We’re Looking For:**
- Minimum secondary school qualification, or up to 1 year of experience in a similar retail role
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Reliable, honest, and organised
