We specialise in brushless motor controllers and power supplies for drones.This job definitely isn’t easy, but the impact is unmistakable.The RoleThis isn’t a "buried in spreadsheets" sort of role. We need a technical heavyweight who leads from the front. You will be heading up a high-performing team of electronics engineers, providing the mentorship and vision they need to succeed, while still keeping your hands on the tools.What you’ll be doing:

• Leading & Mentoring: Fostering a culture of technical excellence, and ensuring our engineering output remains world-class.
• Cutting Edge Development: Taking lifecycle ownership of complex power electronics and PCB designs (Altium) from concept to flight-ready hardware.
• Quality Ownership: "Works most of the time" doesn't cut it for our products. You'll be ensuring our designs meet the rigorous standards required for international defense and aerospace applications.

Who You AreYou are likely a Senior or Lead Engineer who feels "stuck" in a rigid corporate hierarchy and wants to get back to where the actual innovation happens.

• You have deep experience in power electronics and PCB design. If you’ve worked with motor controllers or regulated hardware(like aerospace, defence or medical), you’ll fit right in.
