Horticulturist / GardenerOutdoor Oasis Gardens: Northern BeachesOutdoor Oasis Gardens is a growing, plant-focused garden business based on the Northern Beaches. We work across high-quality residential gardens and operate our own nursery, allowing us to deliver strong plant outcomes and real horticultural depth.We’re looking for a horticulturist or gardener who values quality work, enjoys autonomy, and wants to keep developing their skills within a structured, supportive team. About the roleYou’ll be working across established residential gardens on the Northern Beaches, with a strong focus on plant health, pruning, soil care, and long-term garden performance.This role offers genuine independence. Once trained, you’ll be trusted to manage your own runs, make decisions on-site, and take ownership of the quality of your work.You’ll also have exposure to our nursery and benefit from shared plant knowledge within the business. What we’re looking for

• Experience in horticulture, gardening, nursery work, or landscaping
• Strong interest in plants and ongoing learning
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions on-site
• Reliable, organised, and proud of high-quality work
• Good communication skills
• Driver’s licence required

Formal qualifications are welcome but not essential. What you’ll get
