Clinical Manager - Aged Care - Sunshine Coast, QLD

I am currently recruiting for two Aged Care Clinical Managers for two different Aged Care facilities in the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

As the Clinical Manager, you will oversee all aspects of clinical governance, ensuring safe, effective, and person‑centred care within both residential aged care facilities.

What’s on offer:

• Salaries $130,000 -$135,000 + super
• Full- time, permanent

• Reporting to the Facility Manager
• Visa sponsorship on offer

Requirements:

• Must have 2-3 years experience as an Aged Care Clinical Manager
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Sound knowledge of the new Aged Care Standards is essential
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
• Police check or the willingness to obtain
