📍 Location: Glendale, CA📌 Job Description | Role OverviewThe Affiliate Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end creator collaboration workflow for TikTok Shop e-commerce projects. This role focuses on affiliate strategy execution, creator relationship management, and content performance optimization to drive GMV growth and improve content/creator ROI.You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure creator content production aligns with business goals and campaign strategy, while building a scalable and sustainable creator ecosystem for brand growth. 🎯 Key Responsibilities1. Affiliate Strategy & Creator Management- Execute monthly and quarterly affiliate strategies aligned with campaign and GMV goals.- Manage the full collaboration lifecycle for both Massive Creators and Paid Creators, including creator sourcing, outreach, briefing, content coordination, fulfillment tracking, and ROI monitoring.- Plan creator allocation and budget distribution to ensure content quantity, quality, and performance targets are met.- Maintain long-term relationships with high-performing creators and convert high-potential massive creators into long-term or paid partnerships.- Manage agencies, including collaboration planning, commission structure alignment, and performance feedback. 2. Massive Creator Operations- Oversee daily operations of the affiliate execution team, including: - Sample dispatching and fulfillment tracking - Creator communication and follow-ups - Data tracking and reporting - Flash sales, giveaways, and creator activation campaigns- Operate and grow the creator ecosystem through structured engagement and retention strategies.- Design and execute content challenges and incentive mechanisms to increase creator participation and output. 3. Paid Creator Collaboration- Source, negotiate, and manage high-quality paid creators aligned with brand positioning.- Lead collaboration planning, including content briefing, script direction, and delivery timelines.- Monitor paid content performance (views, GMV, ROI, engagement) and provide performance insights to optimize future collaborations.- Coordinate with Massive Creator teams to transfer successful content insights and improve overall content strategy. 4. Content Strategy & Co-Creation- Track TikTok trends, competitor performance, and viral content patterns to identify winning content directions.- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve CTR, CVR, and GMV performance.- Participate in content co-creation with creators, including script direction, messaging optimization, and visual testing.- Support campaign and product launches with structured content testing plans and creative proposals. 5.
