The Star Entertainment Group is an Australian publicly listed company that owns and operates several of the nation’s major integrated resort destinations.A Bar Attendant at The Star Entertainment Group works in venues such as sports bars, gaming floor bars, VIP lounges, restaurants, and entertainment areas at The Star Sydney. Main job dutiesTake drink orders and serve beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beveragesPrepare drinks accurately using standard recipesMaintain knowledge of menus, beverages, and promotionsKeep the bar clean, stocked, and organizedWash and store glassware and bar equipmentDeliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced environmentFollow RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) rules and safety proceduresWork closely with bar staff, floor staff, and supervisors to create a positive guest experience Skills and requirementsStrong customer service skillsGood communication and teamworkAbility to work nights, weekends, and public holidaysRSA certification (required in NSW)Bar, hospitality, or cocktail experience is preferred but some venues also hire people with transferable customer service experiencePay: $4,700.00 – $6,400.00 per monthBenefits:
