About Us We at Best Western Premier are currently seeking a motivated and experienced
Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.The food and beverage service supervisor directs and schedules kitchen, bar staff and food and beverage servers. During peak hours assist in seating and serving customers and ensure the cleanliness and general look of the dining room. The food and beverage service supervisor also maintain inventory and control costs.
Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, banquet, and room service.
- Train, schedule, and support food & beverage staff to ensure excellent guest service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring costs.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, liquor, and food handling regulations.
- Support banquet/event operations and coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
- Work closely with the Manager to meet departmental goals.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within food & beverage/hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, liquor regulations, and service standards.
- Completion of a food service administration, hotel or restaurant management course is an asset

- Must be of legal drinking for working in a licensed facility
