Role Overview: As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll be part of a supportive team, providing care in both Acute and Aged Care settings. This role offers variety and the chance to grow professionally. While the service mainly focuses on Aged Care, you'll also have the opportunity to assist in Acute Care when needed. You'll work closely with the Registered Nurse to deliver excellent care and ensure any changes in patient conditions are communicated quickly and effectively. - AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Acute care experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with older adults and chronic conditions
- Ability to work in a team
- Current police check
