• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their enquiries in a courteous manner
• Provide detailed information about products and services to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the sales floor is attractive and organised
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash, card payments, and refunds
• Restock shelves and organise stock to ensure availability of products at all times
• Support in stock management, including receiving deliveries and organising stockroom areas
• Assist with promotional activities and special events to maximise sales opportunities
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Keep the sales area clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner
• Organised with good attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently when required
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends if necessary
• A positive attitude with a keen interest in sales and customer satisfaction
