- Candidate should work on our W2 H1B sponsorship available About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the development of a comprehensive architecture practice from the ground up. This is a high-visibility, leadership-level role that requires deep cross-functional expertise across Infrastructure, Security, Data, Applications, and Integration domains. The ideal candidate will act as a CTO-level advisor, capable of influencing C-level stakeholders and building a blueprint for the organization’s long-term architectural direction. You’ll work alongside existing architects who are focused in specific silos, but your role will unify and guide the overall architectural vision. Required Qualifications:10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, including broad technical expertise across infrastructure, security, data, applications, and integration.
- Proven experience in building or transforming architecture practices within mid-to-large organizations.
- Strong understanding of modern architecture principles, including cloud-native design, microservices, API management, and zero trust security models.
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term vision.
- Experience working in a highly selective environment with demanding stakeholders.
