  • Lead and mentor a small team of 3-5 members, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Requirements:1. Educational Background:
  • Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

2. Experience:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in digital or mixed-signal ASIC design and development, with multiple successful tapeouts.

3. Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital circuit design, simulation, and verification.
  • Deep knowledge of silicon fabrication processes and their impact on device physics, device models, and circuit performance.
  • Expertise in ultra-low-power circuit and system design.
  • Familiarity with general analog circuits such as bias, bandgap, AC, LDO, op-amp, and charge pump.
  • Experience debugging, resolving, and mitigating design issues.

4. Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with MCU peripherals (e.g., ADC, SPI, I2C, UART, Timer, PWM) and inter-peripheral communication.

Experience with:
  • Flexible configuration and scalability for various applications.
  • Coulomb counters for power consumption estimation.
  • Cold standby redundancy design for fail-safe operation.
  • MCU integration with Cortex M0 or RISC-V.

5. Tools:
  • Proficiency with Cadence design tools.

6. Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
