Restaurant Floor Manager

As the Floor Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Customer experience, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. If you can also adapt at general hotel and accommodation management. , we want to hear from you.Responsibilities
- Manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, and bar areas
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling stock levels
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partnersRequirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent self management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
