Position Overview
  • We are seeking a Full-Time TikTok Shop Account Manager to own end-to-end brand relationships, oversee campaign execution, coordinate creator partnerships, and drive growth for our e-commerce clients.
  • You will serve as the main point of contact for brand partners, ensuring seamless communication, operational excellence, and strategic guidance across TikTok Shop campaigns, creator activations, and product launches.
  • This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working with creators and brands, and is excited about shaping the future of social commerce.


Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop store operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and promotional setup.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main contact for brand partners; align on goals, product strategy, and campaign plans.
  • Product Selection: Conduct product evaluation, competitor research, and coordinate new product onboarding.
  • Creator Collaboration: Identify, onboard, and manage creators for content, affiliate cooperation, and livestream support.
  • Campaign Execution: Launch and monitor promotional campaigns, ensuring timely deliverables and aligned brand messaging.
  • Performance Analysis: Track sales, creator performance, and campaign metrics to generate insights and optimization plans.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with shop operations, creator management, video production, and live streaming teams to ensure seamless execution across all workflows.


Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, creator marketing, social commerce, or related fields (TikTok Shop experience preferred).
  • Analytical & Organized: Strong data interpretation skills, ability to manage multiple accounts/campaigns simultaneously, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional interpersonal communication, client-facing professionalism, and proactive coordination across internal teams and external brand partners.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand brand needs, craft strategic recommendations, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with TikTok Shop, creator ecosystem, affiliate programs, and social commerce mechanics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or related fields.
  • Work Authorization: Open to candidates with CPT/OPT/H1B or other valid U.S. work authorization.
  • Language: Chinese Proficiency is a plus
