🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights
• Build, train, and optimise machine learning models
• Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams
• Develop dashboards and data visualisations
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
• Continuously improve data models and pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in data science or analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in Python or R
• Experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of statistics and data modelling
• Experience with SQL and data querying
• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
