INTRODUCTION We are looking for a passionate Analytics Engineer to serve as the bridge between data engineering and analytics—with a dedicated focus on Web and SEO marketing data.
This role exists to transform raw data into well-structured, business-ready datasets that are easy to access, understand, and trust. You will partner closely with data analysts, engineers, and marketing stakeholders to enable self-service analytics, improve data quality, and streamline workflows. By ensuring our data is clean, modeled, and reliable, you will empower the business to make better, faster decisions. Your responsibilities:

• Serve as the bridge between data engineering and analytics by creating clear, accessible data models for business use
• Ensure data is clean, well-modeled, and trustworthy, enabling analysts and business teams to work confidently and independently
• Develop and maintain data models using SQL, Azure Analysis Services and Power BI, aligned to best practices such as Star Schema design
• Build and orchestrate data pipelines using Airflow, ensuring reliability, observability, and efficiency
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in reporting pipelines, transformation logic, or analyst workflows
• Improve the technical environment for data analysts by enhancing Airflow standards, Git-based workflows, and self-service access
• Ensure high standards of data governance, including testing, documentation, lineage, and access control
• Enable SEO and marketing stakeholders through scalable, governed datasets and insightful reporting tools
• Collaborate with web developers and SEO teams to maintain consistent metadata, UTM structures, and user tracking conventions

Your profile:

• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Strong understanding of data modeling, especially Star Schema techniques
• Experience with version control using Git
• Working knowledge of data warehouses like AWS Athena, BigQuery, Azure or Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with Airflow for data orchestration
• Solid grasp of data governance principles: documentation, validation, access control, and data lineage
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
