Sales Assistant

Position Title: Sales AssistantThe Employee's initial job title will be Sales Assistant.The Employee will be expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
• Sell and upsell merchandise while achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI expectations.
• Create engaging daily content for social media platforms.
• Manage daily stock, including receiving, replenishing, stock rotation, and inventory control.
• Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and visual merchandising.
• Conduct in-store product demonstrations and taste testing sessions.
• Prepare smoothies, protein shakes, and other beverages for customers to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness of all smoothie and beverage preparation equipment and workstations.
• Keep the store clean, organised, and presentable at all times, including cleaning the shop floor, counters, and front glass windows.
• Work flexibly across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays where required.
• Travel between store locations as required to support business operations.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, and food handling standards.

Essential Requirements

• Previous barista experience.
• Experience preparing smoothies, protein shakes, or similar beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Willingness to travel between company store locations when required.
