Who are we looking for?
- Experienced Chef Managers with bulk cooking experience within remote sites environments combined with the ability to maintain the profitability of operations; managing budgets, maintaining food standards, manage client liaison & manage diverse teams
- Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights or Chefs already residing in Australia seeking potential Visa sponsorship.
- Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking) which will include preparing, cooking, and presenting meals for breakfast, dinner, crib and pastries
- Ability to manage HACCP procedures and safe work practices
