In this role, you will deliver high-quality, individualised therapy across a range of domains, including communication, speech, social interaction, AAC, and swallowing, while working across diverse environments such as home, school, community, and telehealth settings .You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing multidisciplinary team that prioritises clinical excellence, accountability, and continuous growth. You will also play a key role in supervising Allied Health Assistants, contributing to high-quality NDIS reporting, and supporting participants and their networks through education and capacity building.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver individualised, evidence-based speech pathology services across the lifespan, addressing communication and swallowing needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments across language, speech, social communication, AAC, fluency, voice, and dysphagia
- Develop, implement, and review goal-directed therapy plans aligned with participant needs and NDIS goals
- Provide therapy across home, school, community, and telehealth settings
- Monitor progress using standardised and functional outcome measures, adapting interventions as required
- Develop structured therapy programs and delegate tasks in line with best-practice guidelines
What We’re Looking For- A degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with SPA
- New graduate applicants: Eagerness to learn, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice
- Experienced applicants: Minimum 1 year of post-graduate experience and demonstrated expertise across physical, cognitive, or psychosocial domains
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships
- A proactive, reflective approach to professional development
- A genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives and contributing to a strong team culture
- Interest in supervision, leadership, and service improvement (for senior roles)
