Key Responsibilities- Lead a section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to standard.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food storage.
- Contribute to menu development and kitchen efficiency.
What We’re Looking For- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Chef de Partie or Senior CDP role.
- Strong technical cooking skills across various kitchen sections.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- A team player with a passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluent in English – both spoken and written.
