Visa Information
TTUHSC, at its sole discretion, may initiate new H-1B I-129 visa petitions in accordance with the directive issued by Governor Abbott. Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission is required. - Comprehensive and integrated care of the whole person over time, tailored to the individual’s values and choices;
- Care of all ages, socio-economic statuses, ethnicities, health statuses, and genders;
- Wellness and prevention;
- Relationships and collaborations based on active and open communication and trust; and
- Wise and practical application of knowledge.
Major/Essential Functions
- Engage in additional subspecialty training to expand care in West Texas;
- Increase knowledge, skills and services in sports medicine; and
- Develop improved multidisciplinary care to emphasize team-based strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of, or in the process of completing, a Family Medicine Residency.
- Acceptance into a Family Medicine, Sports Medicine Fellowship.
