OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of our office environment.
Duties- Manage office procedures and implement efficient workflows
- Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and document management
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and organising meetings
- Utilise Sage for financial record-keeping
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and suppliers
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills in maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Qualifications- Previous experience in an office management role is essential
- Proficiency in Sage and other relevant software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in human resources functions is advantageous
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environmentJob Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
