We are seeking an experienced Commercial Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen environment on a full-time basis.This role is structured to meet skilled migration and 482 visa sponsorship requirements for suitable candidates. About the RoleAs a Commercial Cook, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of menu items in line with recipes, quality standards, and service requirements. You will work as part of a professional kitchen team to ensure consistent, high-quality food is delivered during busy service periods. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, season, cook and present menu items according to recipes and kitchen standardsEnsure consistent quality, portion control, and presentation of all dishesOperate standard commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyWork across all kitchen sections during service as requiredMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and WHS complianceAssist with stock rotation and communicate ordering requirements to senior chefsWork collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service deliveryMaintain a clean and organised workstation during service About YouMinimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchenStrong understanding of kitchen operations and service flowAbility to work independently and follow standard recipes and proceduresPhysically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and pride in food quality and consistencyReliable, team-focused, and able to perform under pressureMust have working rights in Australia Employment DetailsFull-time positionRotating roster including weekends, public holidays, and split shiftsImmediate start availableSalary: Market rate remuneration in line with the Restaurant Industry Award and applicable skilled migration requirements (including 482 visa thresholds where applicable) Workplace CultureWe value a respectful, supportive and professional kitchen environment.
