Customer Service & Sales Engineer

Role OverviewThis is an office-based hybrid role combining customer service, technical support, and sales engineering. You will work closely with the sales and engineering teams to support customers from initial inquiry through to post-sales service. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Provide accurate order updates, delivery status, and general support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
• Ensure fast response times and high customer satisfaction

Sales Engineering

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product configurations
• Support the sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed orders
• Assist in product demonstrations when required

Technical Support

• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting
• Guide customers on installation, setup, and basic operation
• Escalate complex issues to engineering team when necessary

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, engineering)
• Maintain CRM and customer records accurately
• Support ongoing sales projects and follow-ups

RequirementsEssential

• Degree or background in Audio, Electronics, Engineering, Telecommunications or similar
• Strong communication skills in English
• Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Ability to understand and explain technical products
• Comfortable working in an office environment and team setting

Preferred

• Experience in broadcast, Audio, Electronics, RF, telecom, or technical sales
• Additional languages (Spanish is a strong advantage for global markets)
• Experience with CRM systems
