About the Role:Step into a leadership role in our dynamic Intensive Care Unit as a Level 2 Registered Nurse. You'll deliver advanced, patient-centred care, guide and support your team, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure the best outcomes. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, giving you the opportunity to shape care plans, drive quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to education within the unit.
