Job Description:
Visual Merchandising Manager | Glasgow | Hybrid | Up to £65k + benefits We're working with a fast-growing global beauty brand looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to deliver their VM strategy across international retail partners. This is a project-led, office-based role focused on ensuring consistent, high-quality brand execution across all physical retail channels. The RoleYou'll deliver the global Visual Merchandising strategy, working closely with internal teams and external partners to develop fixtures and retail experiences, while ensuring consistent brand execution across all channels and alignment with commercial goals. Key ResponsibilitiesVM Management
  • Deliver VM execution in line with brand guidelines
  • Manage timelines, CPAs, and project risk
  • Maintain the VM Master List across permanent and temporary projects
  • Align retailer updates and launches with the VM calendar
  • Create VM briefs and planograms with Sales and Marketing
  • Support fixture and design development with internal teams
  • Present concepts to retail partners where required
  • Manage budgets, raise POs, and track spend

Supplier Management
  • Manage and brief external suppliers to deliver POS and VM assets
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec
  • Oversee production quality and resolve any issues

Continuous Improvement
  • Support VM reviews and performance tracking
  • Analyse sales and consumer data to inform decisions
  • Maintain VM databases and documentation
  • Monitor industry and retail trends
  • Support VM strategy and guidelines

About You
  • 5+ years' experience in Visual Merchandising (beauty or FMCG preferred)
  • Strong project and supplier management experience
  • Experience with space planning and planograms
  • Experience presenting and working with retail partners
  • Understanding of VM production and manufacturing processes
  • Able to read technical drawings
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with stakeholders
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D design tools

Additional Info
  • Must be based in Glasgow
  • 4 days onsite, Friday WFH
  • ASAP start (3-month notice considered)
