Job Description: * Chef/ * Griller / Caterer 40 Hours per weekResponsibilities:* Griller will directly work under the supervision of Head Griller/ CHEF.* Maintain kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales* Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients* Cook food in a timely manner* Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations* Have a full understanding of food safety and sanitation practices* Maintain Company standards of food quality and presentation* Work towards achieving and exceeding company objectives in food* Follow company rules and regulations* Prepare food orders in a timely and organised manner* Swift in preparation of all food items required for service on the line Requirements* Language proficiency will be minimum basic level, can read, write and speak English.* At least 1 years experience in relevant field must be required.* Basic math skills* Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and customer preferences
* Operate and maintain grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
* Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
* Monitor food inventory and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure timely ordering of supplies
* Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
* Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchenRequirements:
- Proven experience as a *griller/ *Chef or line cook in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with the kitchen team
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
