Job Description:
PURPOSE OF POSITIONTo effectively manage and operate the entire store and team members in accordance with company policies and procedures, with an emphasis on control of production, customer service and team member supervision. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES⦁ Able to work at all workstations (Prep bench, customer service, dispatch, delivery, and all-round tasks) with exceptional standards.⦁ Control day to day operations of the store.⦁ Recruiting the appropriate staff and train them in their specific duties to ensure efficient store operation. Roster and monitor staff levels to ensure adequate staffs are available to meet store requirements.⦁ Conduct staff meetings at allocated times⦁ Handle local marketing and advertising ensuring circular promotional programmes are adopted and brand consistent. While setting prices so that the store presents a competitive offer to the market at all times.⦁ Handle the recruitment of team members, ensuring all team members receive appropriate induction / orientation to the store and receive appropriate ongoing training support.⦁ Ensure all new initiatives / promotions are effectively introduced to the store⦁ Prepare store budgets and ensure defined Store targets are met. Aim for targets to exceed the advised levels.⦁ Ensure the store is optimally stocked during the hours of trade, and that stock levels are controlled appropriately. Ensure all appropriate signage is displayed correctly and that advertised product is displayed meaningfully.⦁ Order all stock for the entire PitaPit store and maintain records of stock levels and all financial transactions are performed.⦁ Ensure all orders placed on time and all products are checked on arrival for quality. Ensure also that appropriate stock control / stock taking processes and procedures are in place. Liaise with suppliers as appropriate. Maintain stock levels at optimum whilst avoiding over stock situations to maximise sales. Ensure store budgeting is handled appropriately to avoid wastage.⦁ Launch or create the menu items for manager’s special in addition to set menu to meet the local market demand.⦁ Set the prices for the menu items designed for particular store in addition to national price point, keeping in mind the margins for the store.⦁ Set pricing and discounts, product mix deals on third party delivery channels.⦁ Maintain all the health and safety regulations.⦁ Handle customer enquiries and complaints appropriately, through to resolution and ensure effective interactions with customers at all times. Qualifications and work experience requiredA Graduate in any discipline or higher.Min 2 years of Experience in retail or hospitality and customer service is preferred.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $48,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:
