Female Domiciliary Care Assistant

Job description As a Domiciliary Care Assistant at Flexi Direct Health Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking to engage carers in the following areas Northampton, Reading, Banbury, Brackley, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, and Corby . Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Supporting with daily activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders - Promoting independence and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment - Building strong relationships with clients and their families - Following individual care plans and documenting any changes or observations Qualities we're looking for: Compassion and empathy towards others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliability and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility Essential Requirements: Full UK Driving License and your own vehicle with business insurance Right to work in the UK Good standard of oral and written communication skills Must live within the community or willing to relocate Benefits: We pay Competitive rates with 45p per mile mileage Company Pension Company uniform provided Employee discount Training Provided Ongoing Mentorship Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract Pay: £12.82 per hour Benefits:
