full-time Diploma Qualified Educator (Team Leader) to lead our
Babies Room (0–2 years).
Job DescriptionAs our Babies Room Team Leader, you will:
- Create a loving, secure and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers
- Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and positive culture
- Develop and document engaging programs in line with the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the local community
- Ensure compliance with the National Regulations, NQS and centre policies
- Guide practice with confidence, professionalism and passion
This role is perfect for an educator who is confident in their leadership abilities and deeply committed to high-quality early childhood education.
Essential Requirements- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Demonstrated experience working with children aged 0–2 years
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Regulations and NQS
- Experience in programming, planning and documentation
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
