SAP EWM Consultant/Lead - W2 - Onsite

We are seeking a skilled SAP EWM Lead with a solid foundation in SAP logistics and supply chain modules and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The role involves leading EWM design, configuration, and deployment in alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices. This position is ideal for a candidate with 7 to 10 years of total SAP experience, including expertise in MM, SD, and warehouse operations.

• Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of SAP EWM solutions for inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into system configurations and designs.
• Configure core SAP EWM components, including:
• Inbound & Outbound processes
• Put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Warehouse Task and Order Management
• Physical Inventory
• RF framework and mobile data entry
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and ECC or S/4HANA (MM, SD, TM).
• Provide end-user training, prepare functional documentation, and support testing activities.
• Lead UAT and assist with go-live preparation and hypercare.
• Work closely with developers, support teams, and business units to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP projects, including:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience (configuration, testing, deployment)
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and integration with MM/SD
• Experience with at least one full SAP EWM implementation project.
• Familiarity with both embedded EWM in S/4HANA and decentralised EWM is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

• Preferred Qualifications: SAP EWM certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Yard Management, Labour Management, and Material Flow Systems.
• Exposure to SAP TM and SAP Fiori applications.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or retail industries.
