Brisbane / Gold Coast
A well-established global merchant services and payments organisation is expanding its Australian field sales team as part of a major growth phase.
This is a true field sales role suited to self-sufficient, results-driven sales professionals who enjoy autonomy, travel, and building strong face-to-face relationships with merchants.
The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory through a mix of new business development and existing merchant relationships. You’ll spend the majority of your time on the road, visiting retailers, executing in-market activity, and driving commercial outcomes. No two days are the same.

The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory through a mix of new business development and existing merchant relationships. You’ll spend the majority of your time on the road, visiting retailers, executing in-market activity, and driving commercial outcomes. No two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop a defined sales territory
- Build relationships with merchants through face-to-face visits
- Drive new merchant acquisition and grow existing accounts
- Promote and implement merchant service solutions
- Complete high-volume daily store visits (10–12+ per day)
- Log activity, pipeline and outcomes via a mobile CRM/app
- Work independently while aligning to weekly business objectives
About You
- Proven sales experience (field sales, FMCG, B2B, payments, POS, telco or similar)
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven (outcomes over hours)
- Comfortable working autonomously and travelling regularly
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to engage a diverse merchant base
- Visa sponsorship available for the right person
What’s On Offer
- $80,000 base + super + uncapped commission
- Expected total package ~$120k+
