People who enjoy contributing ideas, take real ownership of their section, and want to make their mark.Chef de Partie x2Key Responsibilities:Own and run a section independently during peak serviceDeliver consistent quality, portioning, and plating to our standards every timeComplete all prep, mise en place, and end-of-shift cleaning to a high standardManage stock rotation, waste, and food safety in your sectionWork closely with other sections to keep service smooth and calmBring ideas for specials, seasonal dishes, and ways to improve efficiencyMentor junior staff and lead by exampleYou’ll Need: Minimum 2 years as a CDP or senior cook. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work without constant guidance.Sous Chef x1Key Responsibilities:Support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations and lead service when requiredAssist with creating rosters, training, and developing the kitchen teamHandle stock ordering, deliveries, invoicing, and food cost controlMaintain the highest standards of hygiene, WHS, and presentationDrive consistency across all sections and uphold recipes and proceduresProblem solve under pressure and keep morale high during busy periodsContribute to menu development and bring fresh ideas to the tableYou’ll Need: Minimum 2 years experience in a Sous Chef role.
