This position involves working closely with various departments to manage the flow of goods, from shipping and receiving to inventory management.
Duties- Coordinate and manage shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Preparing parcels for shipping.
- Arranging customer collections.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Analysing data related to product movement and stock levels.
- Addressing customer enquiries throughout the process.
- Liaising with the accounts team regarding client queries and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications- Excellent multi-tasking skills in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with transportation management systems is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across teams.
- Trustworthiness and reliability.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (training on Shiptheory will be provided).
