We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator/Customer Service professional to join our team! You will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supporting team management, and enhancing overall office productivity. Duties
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Oversee schedule management by coordinating appointments, meetings, and calendar updates for staff and executives
  • Facilitate vendor management by communicating with suppliers, processing invoices, and maintaining vendor records
  • Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with training & development initiatives
  • Handle bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks to track expenses, process payments, and maintain financial records
  • Assist with office management duties including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Support event planning activities for company meetings, training sessions, or community engagement events

Skills
  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise or lead small teams effectively
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing
  • Strong schedule management skills to coordinate multiple calendars seamlessly
  • Experience in vendor management and budgeting to optimize office operations
  • Knowledge of medical office management or healthcare administrative procedures is a plus
  • Ability to manage human resources functions including onboarding and training processes
  • Skilled in filing systems, document management, and maintaining accurate records
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office technology tools
