Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures.
• Diagnose conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
• Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA, state guidelines).
• Deliver a high level of patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active or in-process dental license in the state of Indiana.
• Strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
• Comfortable utilizing modern dental technology.
