Restaurant Manager

Restaurant / Floor SupervisorWe're looking for an experienced Restaurant / Floor Supervisor to join our team.The role is hands-on and guest-focused, overseeing floor service, hosting guests, supporting the team, and ensuring a great experience for every customer. About You:

• Previous restaurant, floor supervisor or hospitality leadership experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident hosting and engaging with guests
• Ability to lead a team during busy service periods
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Well-presented and professional
• Current RSA

Responsibilities:

• Hosting and welcoming guests
• Supervising floor service and team performance
• Ensuring high service standards are maintained
• Assisting with reservations and customer enquiries
• Training and supporting FOH team members
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues
• Working closely with kitchen and bar teams
