We are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services and personalised patient care to our local community.We are seeking a motivated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead our professional team and drive excellence in clinical services, operational performance, and patient outcomes.If you are passionate about leadership, innovation, and community pharmacy, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs the Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for the professional leadership and day-to-day operation of the pharmacy. You will ensure compliance with all legislative and professional requirements while leading the delivery of high-quality patient care and expanding professional pharmacy services.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily professional operations of the pharmacy.

• Deliver and grow professional pharmacy services, including vaccinations, medication management, chronic disease support, health screening, and other clinical services.
• Provide safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing and clinical counselling.
• Mentor and support pharmacists, interns, technicians, and pharmacy assistants.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, quality assurance, and clinical governance.
• Manage Schedule 8 medicines and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build strong relationships with local GPs, allied health professionals, and the wider community.
• Monitor pharmacy performance and contribute to achieving operational and financial goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused team culture.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current unrestricted general registration as a Pharmacist in Australia.

• Strong understanding of PBS, QCPP, and relevant pharmacy legislation.
• Accredited vaccination certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based patient care.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• A proactive approach to business improvement and service development.
• Vaccination is essential.
